Bottomless Brunch @ The Refinery

On Bank Holiday Sunday I went to The Refinery in Spinningfields for Bottomless Brunch. With it being Bank Holiday, my friends and I wanted to do something slightly different from the norm and so brunch it was!

I've never been to The Refinery before but I was instantly taken in by the rustic decor; with wooden tables and a mixture of seating - from fur chairs to leather booths to high top stools - it had it all. The bright and airy space was the perfect location for a summers day.

The Bottomless Brunch, in my opinion, was such a good deal. For just £15 each, you have unlimited cocktails for two hours with a choice of either Bellinis or Bloody Mary's. You then simply choose the dish you want to eat from the menu and you're good to go.

I opted for the Eggs Benedict; my favourite of all breakfasts. The hollandaise sauce was perfect for me as it wasn't too rich but still had a lot of flavour. I opted for the full dish which consisted of a sliced muffin, two poached eggs and ham.

You were not limited to breakfast options, however, as the menu was really varied and included burgers, salads and chicken, for example.

The service was out of this world - I don't think I've ever had better service. I've had Bottomless Cocktails before and I've struggled to get the attention of the waiter/waitress meaning I couldn't take full advantage of the unlimited drinks throughout the two hours. However, at The Refinery you were presented with a new drink the second your glass was empty (and I literally mean straight away). The staff were so attentive - I couldn't have asked for more.

We had 47 Bellinis in the space of two hours between 4 of us (oops) so the value for money was amazing! £15 each for around 10 cocktails each is ridiculously good.

I would recommend this all day every day!
