Neon Health Kitchen

Last Thursday I attended the launch of new health kitchen, Neon. Owned and ran by Joe Sealey, owner of Neon Personal Training, the Wilmslow cafe was not set to open until today providing guests a sneak peek of the new hot spot!

Guests were able to taste a number of small dishes, with a variety of freshly cooked canapes available. These dishes included fresh prawns in sweet chilli and salmon with cream cheese.

Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing!

Guests were also provided with the opportunity to speak with head chef, Ben Shelley, learning more about the background of Neon and its menu. I particularly love that all produce is locally sourced, supporting local businesses in the area. With Ben's numerous years of experience in the dining industry, including at Piccolino, it is no wonder that the food is so good!

I personally love the variety of the menu. Serving dishes to be eaten in and taken away, there is something for everyone. The menu includes a number of breakfast and lunch options, including the 'lunch boxes' which can be eaten at home or on the go.

Neon Kitchen are keen to give back to their gym clients by providing them with a 'private dining' area in which they can use at any time. However, this area also has the potential to be hired out for intimate events or special occasions.

For anyone in the Manchester area looking for a healthy bite, this is the new place for you. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Neon is located at:
29 Water Lane

I had a lovely night at the Neon Kitchen launch and can't wait to return for breakfast soon!
