Treatments with Faces by AKJ

Towards the end of last year, I decided to have a chin augmentation with Faces by AKJ.

I'd done my research and I loved her work. She was really busy/popular and her work was consistently good. Amiey advised me to start with 1ml and build it up over a period of time. This ensures that the filler has chance to settle before adding any further, creating a more natural look.

This week, I went back to Amiey for more treatments. Keep reading if you're interested in what I had done and how I found it!

I've been having my lips done since the age of 18 as it was always something I was massively conscious about. I had next to no lips and I hated it. However, after around 5 times (each time having 1ml of filler) I found that my lips were too big for me personally which in turn then made me feel conscious again. A vicious circle! I therefore decided to let all of the filler dissolve out over a period of 12 months and last August I had 1ml put back in.

Recently I've noticed that, although my lips have kept a nice shape, they've gone down considerably and so I wanted some advice from Amiey regarding whether to get them done again. She advised to just get 0.5ml as they still had a good volume/shape to them and a full 1ml may look too much. I took her advice and I couldn't be happier! My lips swell quite a lot after the procedure so I am looking forward to seeing them once they've gone down.

I've always had quite a round face, no matter how much I've weighed and it's something I've hated. After having my chin done the first time, I saw the beginning of a nice defined shape so I decided to go back for a further 1ml.

I can't express how happy I am with my results. Amiey is so lovely and makes you feel extremely relaxed from start to finish. Her expertise is on another level and her prices are so reasonable! I would definitely recommend her if you're wanting to get any treatments done.
